Research and Development Manager

Responsible
for innovative researches (Routine to Research -R2R) to enhance the company
competitive advantage. The results of researches will be implemented to solve
operations’ problems as well as to develop operations efficiency in terms of
processes, system and technology.
In addition, proven records from the researches which can
help improve and develop existing and new processes and/or systems will be
developed into training courses to train operation and support function staff.
This will work closely with team of instructors of Faculty of Engineering, Khon

Lead and manage logistics
researches both from university students and within the company with the
objectives to improve existing day to day operations and design or develop new
processes and/or systems to increase logistics operations efficiency.

Responsible to manage and
develop all operation employees in logistics-related curriculum by working
closely with
Khon-kaen University as well as senior team of operations and human resources
development to customize courses.
·
Responsible for analysis and
logistics simulation projects as requested by various departments.
· Lead and manage yearly Customer Satisfaction Survey of the Company and Thaibev’s Sales Business Unit by working with Kasetsart University.
Distribution Center Manager
Operation Department
Manage Distribution Center to ensure
efficiency of operations with total area of 16,000 square meters, storage
capacity of 16,700 pallets and throughput more than 60 trucks per day with operations
staff of 30 people.

warehouse management to ensure efficiency both in terms of storage and distribution
according to First- Expire/First -Out (FEFO) with WMS-Scale system.

monitor inventory to ensure 100% accuracy (Stock Accuracy).

for construction of Lampang Distribution Center (DC) with space of 10,000 M2 on
17 Rai of land size with an investment value of 318 million baht.
·
Lead to develop logistics
innovations with Khon Kaen University in increasing logistics efficiency such
as Optimal Logistics Design, Optimal Transportation Routing, Optimal Inventory
Level & etc.
·
Lead to design a logistics
network using ship and train transportation (multi-Modal) to distribute goods
to the Northeast and the South in Thailand for reduce logistics cost.

Lead to design storage area layout
and the direction of workflow within distribution center building and utilization
of the automation racking system to increase work efficiency at
Lampang Distribution Center (DC) and Modern Trade Distribution Wangnoi
